Elliot Page (born Ellen Page, February 21, 1987)[1][2][3] is a Canadian actor. Page was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress for his role in Juno,[4] in which they played a pregnant teenager. Page has also starred in movies including Hard Candy, Whip It, and Inception.
Page currently stars in the Netflix series The Umbrella Academy as Vanya/Viktor Hargreeves.[5]
Page is from Halifax, Nova Scotia.[6]
Personal life
On February 14, 2014, Page came out as a gay woman, and has been a well-known advocate of the LGBTQ community.[7] In December 2020, he came out as transgender and uses he/they pronouns. He was married to dancer Emma Portner from 2018 to 2021.
