Elvira Nabiullina
Elvira Sakhipzadovna Nabiullina (Russian: Эльвира Сахипзадовна Набиуллина; Tatar: Эльвира Сәхипзәде кызы Нәбиуллина; Bashkir: [Эльвира Сәхипзада ҡыҙы Нәбиуллина] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help); born 29 October 1963) is a Russian economist. She has been the head of the Central Bank of Russia since 2013. She was Russian President Vladimir Putin's economic adviser between May 2012 to June 2013.[1] She also was the minister of economic development and trade from September 2007 to May 2012.[2]
