Español: Este vídeo representa la construcción de una cimentación por zapata aislada, a lo largo del vídeo podemos ver las distintas fases que se llevan a cabo para la construcción de la cimentación de un edificio. La elección del tipo de cimentación depende de las condiciones del suelo, en este caso para la representación de una zapata aislada hemos elegido un suelo bastante estable. Este vídeo pretende clarificar el proceso de la cimentación de un edificio para aquellas personas que se están iniciando en conceptos de arquitectura.
(00:06) Una vez colocado el encofrado de la base 1 se pasa a rellenar de hormigón y esperar su secado. (00:07) Se retira el encofrado y podemos ver cómo queda una base perfecta de hormigón (00:08) Se vuelve a colocar los moldes del encofrado, en este caso, de la base 2. Se repite el mismo ejercicio anterior, se colocan los cuatro moldes formando una base cuadricular. (00:13) En esta ocasión antes de pasar a rellenar de hormigón los moldes del encofrado se le colocan una varillas de acero. Estás varillas son la armadura de la cimentación y permitirán una mayor resistencia. (00:16) Colocadas todas las varillas se pasa a rellenar de hormigón los moldes, quedando las varillas perfectamente encajadas y sujetas a la cimentación. (00:17) Las dos primeras bases están colocadas y la armadura de la cimentación también, pasamos a colocar la tercera y última base de la cimentación. En este caso se trata de una base más alargada y rectangular. (00:23) Una vez colocadas los moldes del encofrado de la base 3, como en las otras dos ocasiones, pasamos a rellenar el encofrado con hormigón y cubriendo las varillas que colocamos anteriormente, pero no en sus totalidad. Como se hizo anteriormente, se retiran los moldes del encofrado tras el secado del hormigón dejando ver la base 3. Después de este proceso queda por terminada la construcción de una cimentación por zapata aislada.

The election of this type of foundation depends on the condition of the soil. In this case, to display the single footing a very steady portion of soil has been chosen. This video will try to clarify the foundation process of a building, for those starting to become familiar with architectural concepts.
(00:06) Once the shuttering from base 1 is done, the walls are filled with concrete and allowed to air-dry. (00:07) The formwork is removed and it can be seen how a perfect concrete base remains. (00:08) The formwork is placed anew, in this case from base 2. The same process is repeated, the formwork structures must be arranged in a squared-shape base. (00:13) This time, before filling with concrete the formwork, a few metal bars will be added. These bars are the foundations frame and will result in a greater resistance. (00:16) Once the bars are arranged, the frames must be filled with concrete, leaving the bars perfectly assembled and fixed to the laying foundations. (00:17) The two first bases are assembled and so are the frame of the foundations. Now the third and last base of the foundation must be assembled. In this is case, the base will be longer and rectangular. (00:23) Once the formwork frames from base 3 are assembled, as done previously; the formwork will be filled with concrete covering the bars previously assembled but not entirely. As it has been done previously, the formwork frames will be removed after the drying of the concrete showing base 3. After this process, the single footing foundation construction can be considered finished.
