Summary

Description
English: Making cranberry sauce - put all of the ingrediants into the saucepan (Warning: this saucepan is too full and could easily boil over when cooking.)

Mary's Cranberry Sauce

Ingrediants: 3 cups fresh cranberries (you can be generous) 3/4 cup sugar 1 Tablespoon grated orange rind (essential for flavour) 1 cup orange juice (or water) 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (use less if cloves are strong)

Combine ingrediants in a medium saucepan and stir over medium heat until cranberries start popping and mixture boils. Lower heat and cook, stirring, for another 10 minutes.
