English: A 20 lb (9.1 kg) steel propane cylinder. This cylinder is fitted with an overfill protection device (OPD) valve, as evidenced by the trilobular handwheel. Propane capacity is is specified as approximately 82% of that (17.8 liter, 4.70 U.S. gallons), to provide space for liquid expansion at higher ambient temperature.
