Flag of Honduras
The flag of Honduras was created in 1866.
Appearance
Legislative Decree No. 29, issued on January 18, 1949 under the government of Juan Manuel Gálvez, made official the use of the turquoise blue color in the upper and lower stripes of the flag of Honduras, maintaining the central white stripe and the five blue stars. [1]
It has a horizontal bands of blue (top and bottom) and white, with five blue five-pointed stars arranged in an "X" pattern centered on the white band.
