Francine Muyumba
Francine Fuhara Muyumba (born 18 February 1987) is a Congolese youth leader serving as President of the Pan African Youth Union.[1][2] In 2011, Muyumba became the first International Student to be elected President of the University of Namibia Student Representative Council.[3] The other International student to have held the position was Joseph Kalimbwe seven years later.[4]
