Frank E. Young (physician)
Frank Edward Young (September 1, 1931 – November 24, 2019) was an American physician. He was Commissioner of Food and Drugs from 1984 to 1989[1] and later as a Deputy Assistant Secretary in the United States Department of Health and Human Services during the Ronald Reagan presidency.[2]
