Frank Orren Lowden (January 26, 1861 – March 20, 1943) was an American Republican Party politician. He was the 25th Governor of Illinois from 1917 until 1921. He was also a United States Representative from Illinois from 1906 until 1911. He was also a candidate for the Republican nominations for President of the United States in 1920 and 1928.
