Frank Potenza
Francis "Frank" Potenza (born November 11, 1933 – August 23, 2011) was an American retired New York City police officer and former security guard. He later became a television actor and comic relief for Jimmy Kimmel Live!. He appeared as "Uncle Frank" on the show from 2003 to 2011.[1][2][3]
