Frank Sutton
Frank Spencer Sutton (October 23, 1923 – June 28, 1974) was an American actor. He was born in Clarksville, Tennessee. He was best known for his role as Gunnery Sergeant Vince Carter on the CBS television series Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C.. He enlisted in the U.S. Army during World War II.[1]
Sutton died of a heart attack on June 28, 1974 in Shreveport, Louisiana at the age of 50.[2]
