Fred Sasakamoose

Frederick Sasakamoose, (December 25, 1933 — November 24, 2020) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He was one of the first Canadian indigenous players in the National Hockey League.[1][2] He played 11 games with the Chicago Black Hawks from 1953 to 1960. He was born in Debden, Saskatchewan.

Sasakamoose died on November 24, 2020 in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan from COVID-19 at the age of 86.[3]
