Gasherbrum III

Gasherbrum III is a 7,952 metres (26,089 ft) mountain in the Karakoram range, in China and Pakistan.[1] It is also known as K3a. It is the 15th highest mountain in the world.[2] The first people to reach the top were Wanda Rutkiewicz, Alison Chadwick-Onyszkiewicz, Janusz Onyszkiewicz and Krzysztof Zdzitowiecki, in 1975. As of 2018, only two expeditions had ever made it to the top.[3]
