George Takei
George Hosato Takei Altman (born April 20, 1937 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. He is probably best known for playing Hikaru Sulu in the television series, Star Trek. His parents were of Japanese origin. In 2005, he said that he is homosexual during an interview with Frontiers magazine and that he was in a relationship with his partner of eighteen years, Brad Altman.[1]
