George Town, Cayman Islands
George Town, Grand Cayman, is the capital of the Cayman Islands, in the British West Indies. The town has a population of 20,626 (1999 estimates).

This is George Town's old harbor. It was used by cruise ship tenders to take passengers ashore. The National Museum and tourist office are in the red-roof building at the right. Cargo is handled elsewhere. A new tender pier was built sometime after this photo was taken in 2000.
