Gerald B. Greenberg
Gerald Bernard "Jerry" Greenberg (July 29, 1936 – December 22, 2017) was an American movie editor with more than 40 feature movie works. He was born in New York City. Greenberg won both the Academy Award for Film Editing and the BAFTA Award for Best Editing for the movie The French Connection (1971). In the 1980s, he edited five movies with director Brian De Palma. He also worked on Apocalypse Now and Scarface.
Greenberg died on December 22, 2017 in Santa Monica, California of a stroke at the age of 81.[1]
