Production

On December 7, 2012, it was announced that Warner Bros. was in talks to acquire the Get Hard comedy movie script. On September 17, 2013, Etan Cohen was set to direct.^[5] On February 24, 2014, Warner Bros. set the release date for 27 March 2015.^[6]

Reception

It got negative reviews by movie critics. Rotten Tomatoes gave the movie 29%.^[7] Metacritic rates the movie 34 out of 100, meaning "generally unfavorable reviews".^[8]

Box office
