History
Greenwich started because a railroad went through there.[3]
The first post office in Greenwich was built in September 1874.[4]
Climate
Greenwich has hot and humid summers. They also have somewhat cold winters. The Köppen climate classification says that Greenwich has a humid subtropical climate.[5]
