Guacamole

Guacamole (called guacamol in Central America and Cuba) is a Mexican dip made of avocados, salt and sometimes tomatoes.

Various herbs may be added, such as chives. It is a green, creamy dip or garnish. It is often served as a dip or garnish with Mexican foods such as tacos and tortilla chips.

In addition to its use in modern Mexican cuisine, it has become part of international cuisine as a dip, condiment, and salad ingredient.[1][2]
