Gustav Schwarzenegger
Gustav Schwarzenegger (17 August 1907 – 13 December 1972) was an Austrian police chief, postal inspector and a military police officer. He was the father of Hollywood star and former Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Gustav Schwarzenegger was born in Austria-Hungary, the son of Cecelia (née Hinterleitner, 1878 – 1968) and Karl Schwarzenegger (1872 – 1927).[1] He was a sportsman and loved music.
Schwarzenegger died of a stroke in Weiz, Steiermark, Austria on 13 December 1972 at the age of 65.
