Harold Arlen
Harold Arlen (born Hyman Arluck; February 15, 1905 – April 23, 1986) was an American composer.[2] He composed over 500 songs. He is known for composing the songs for the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz, including "Over the Rainbow".[3][4] Arlen won the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1939.
