Hemp oil
Hemp oil (also known as hemp seed oil) is a oil that comes from pressing hemp seeds. It is known to have a grassy and nutty flavor if not refined. It is a clear oil. Its omega-6 to omega-3 ratio is 3:1.[1]
Hemp seed oil is got from varieties of Cannabis sativa that do not have much tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the principal psychoactive element in the cannabis plant. It is often used in body-care products.
