Henry Polic II
Henry Polic II (February 20, 1945 – August 11, 2013[1]) was a stage, screen, and voice actor. He was best known for his role as Jerry Silver in Webster and as the voice of Scarecrow in Batman: The Animated Series.

Polic was born on February 20, 1945 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He studied at Florida State University. Polic died on August 11, 2013 in Los Angeles, California from cancer, aged 68.[1]
