Hossein Kazempour Ardebili
Hossein Kazempour Ardebili (Persian: حسین کاظمپور اردبیلی, also spelled Hoseyn Kazempur-Ardabili (14 October 1952[1] – 16 May 2020) was an Iranian diplomat and politician.
He was Iran's representative to the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) from 1995 to 2008 and again from 2013 to his death in 2020. He was the Iranian ambassador to Japan from 1990 to 1994. He also was Minister of Commerce from 1980 to 1981. He was born in Tehran.
Kazempour Ardebili died of a cerebral hemorrhage at a hospital in Tehran on 16 May 2020.[2]
