Hugh Norman-Walker

Sir Hugh Selby Norman-Walker (17 December 1916 – 28 August 1985) was a British colonial officer. He was the Commissioner of Bechuanaland from 1965 to 1966. He was also the Governor of Seychelles from 1967 to 1969 and the Colonial Secretary of Hong Kong from 1969 to 1973.[1]
