Hurricane Milton
Hurricane Milton is a tropical cyclone that is an Atlantic tropical cyclone. The storm developed in early October in the extreme Western Gulf of Mexico. Milton strengthen into a Category 5 on October 7, 2024 and impacted the peninsula of Florida and is to dissipate around October 11, 2024. The hurricane heavily impacted the Tampa Bay area as well as the west coast of Florida. Residents in the Tampa Bay Area was evacuating the city. Airports around Florida cancelled flights due to the hurricane.
The Europa Clipper was delayed due to the hurricane.
The hurricane damaged a lot of houses and created floods. The hurricane also caused a couple of fatalities and injured hundreds.
