James Martin Munley

James Martin Munley (June 28, 1936 – March 22, 2020)[1] was an American politician and lawyer. He was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He was a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania from 1998 to 2009 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton.

Munley died on March 22, 2020, aged 83.[2]
