Jan Kowalczyk
Jan Kowalczyk (18 December 1941 – 24 February 2020) was a Polish show jumping competitor. At the 1980 Summer Olympics, he won an individual gold and a team silver medal. He also competed at the 1968 and 1972 Summer Olympics.
Kowalczyk was born in Drogomyśl. He died on 24 February 2020 in Warsaw, at the age of 78.[1]
