Jan Marie Joseph Verstraeten
Jan Marie Joseph Verstraeten (16 May 1757 – 21 February 1838) was a Dutch rentier and politician from Boekhoute, that was at the time of his birth a city within Habsburg Netherlands (now Belgium).[1]

In the United Kingdom of the Netherlands he served for East Flanders as a member of the 1815 Assemblee of notables from to and as a member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands from 1815 to 1818.[1]
Verstraeten died in Boekhoute on 21 February 1838, at the age of 80.[1]
