Jim Klobuchar
James John "Jim" Klobuchar (April 9, 1928 – May 12, 2021) was an American journalist, author, and tour guide. He wrote for the Star Tribune in Minneapolis for thirty years. He wrote an occasional column for the Christian Science Monitor. He was the father of U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar.[1] He was born in Ely, Minnesota.

Klobuchar died in Burnsville, Minnesota on May 12, 2021 from problems caused by Alzheimer's disease, aged 93.[2]
