Jim Neidhart
James Henry Neidhart (February 8, 1955 – August 13, 2018) was an American professional wrestler. He was best known for his appearances in the 1980s and 1990s in the World Wrestling Federation as Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart. Under this ring name, he was a two-time WWF Tag Team Champion with Bret Hart in The Hart Foundation. He was a main wrestler for WWF events including, Survivor Series 1989 and In Your House 16: Canadian Stampede.
Neidhart was born in Tampa, Florida. He and his wife, Elizabeth Hart (daughter of Stu Hart), had three children. The couple's daughter, Natalie, is a professional wrestler with the ring name "Natalya" and is signed with WWE.
On August 13, 2018, Neidhart died of a head injury after falling due to a possible seizure at his home in Land O' Lakes, Florida. He was 63.[1] At the time of his death, he had early on-set Alzheimer's disease.[2]
