Joseph Patrick "Joe" Kenda (born August 28, 1946[1]) is an American television presenter and retired police detective. He is the former Colorado Springs Police Department detective who solved nearly 400 murders in his career.[2] He is featured on the Investigation Discovery television show Homicide Hunter, where he recounts stories of homicides he solved.
Kenda was born in Herminie, Pennsylvania.[3] He studied at the University of Pittsburgh.
