Joseph Bryant "Joe" Raynor, Jr. (January 26, 1923 – September 4, 2014) was an American politician and businessman. He was a member of the Democratic Party. From 1965 until 1992, he served as a Member of the North Carolina Senate from the 10th district.

Raynor was born in Cumberland County, North Carolina. He opened up an automotive supply business after finishing high school. He was married to Mildred Horne from 1944 until her death.

Raynor died from a long illness on September 4, 2014 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He was 91.[1]
