Kaya Erdem
İsmet Kaya Erdem (born 1928) is a Turkish politician. He was the Minister of Finance from 1980 to 1982. He also was the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly from 1989 to 1991.[1] Erdem was born in Karabük, Turkey. He was a member of the Motherland Party.
