Kazeroon (Persian: كازرونcode: fa is deprecated , also Romanized as Kāzerūn,^[2] Kāzeroūn, and Kazeroon; also known as Kasrun)^[3] is a city and capital of Kazeroon County, Fars Province,^[2] Iran.

The tomb of Sheykh Amin al-Din Balyani, a famous Sufi in Kazerun, is one of the places that King Ismail I wanted to destroy, but for some reason, stopped short of doing so.
King Ismail Safavi after attacking Kazerun killed many great Sufis of this city. He then appoints Afshar's family to govern Kazerun.
