Khmelnytskyi Oblast
Khmelnytskyi Oblast (Ukrainian: Хмельницька область) is an oblast (province) of western Ukraine. The administrative centre is Khmelnytskyi. The population of Khmelnytskyi Oblast was 1,310,000 in 2013.[1]
