Lake Kuttara
Lua error in Module:Unicode_data at line 293: attempt to index local 'data_module' (a boolean value). is a caldera lake in Shiraoi, Hokkaidō, Japan.[1] It is part of Shikotsu-Tōya National Park. The lake is said to have the best water quality in all of Japan.[2] The Ministry of the Environment says that it has a transparency of 19 metres (62 ft), so it is the second clearest lake (Lake Mashū is the clearest).

A salamander species, Lua error in Module:Unicode_data at line 293: attempt to index local 'data_module' (a boolean value)., lives at the lake. Since 1909, Sockeye salmon have been sent to the lake.
