LearningRO
LearningRO is a free educational technology platform. It uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help students revise and study subjects such as GCSE, BTEC, and A-level courses. It was created in 2025 by Dhumik Pravin, a student from the United Kingdom.[1]
Features
The platform includes:
- A chatbot tutor called RoTutor that helps students learn step-by-step without giving direct answers
- Digital flashcards and quizzes
- A built-in note-taking system
- Tools to help with accessibility, such as bigger text and text-to-speech
- No advertisements or payment required
History
LearningRO was first created as part of a college coursework project. The goal was to build a micro-business idea for a classroom assignment. Instead of just writing the idea, the Dhumik made the platform live. It was originally called "LearnifyX", but the name was later changed to LearningRO.[2]
Environmental focus
The platform supports paperless learning. Students can use digital notes and quizzes instead of paper, which helps reduce environmental impact.[3]
