Levente Riz
Levente Riz (December 2, 1974[1] – September 19, 2019) was a Hungarian educator and politician. He was born in Budapest. He was a member of the National Assembly (MP) for Rákosmente (Budapest Constituency XXV) from 2010 to 2014.[2] He has been the mayor of Rákosmente (District XVII, Budapest) from October 1, 2006 until his death.[1]
Riz was a member of the Economic and Information Technology Committee from May 14, 2010 to May 5, 2014.[2]
On 13 August 2019, Levente Riz announced, he will not run as a candidate for Mayor of Rákosmente in the 2019 local elections because of health issues.[3] He died a month later on September 19 in Budapest at the age of 44.[4]
