Lucy Flores

Lucy Flores (born October 24, 1979) is an American lawyer and politician. She is a member of the Democratic Party. She was a member of the Nevada State Assembly representing the 28th district from 2011 to 2015. She was an unsuccessful candidate for lieutenant governor in 2014.[1] She was born in Glendale, California.

In March 2019, Flores wrote an op-ed for New York magazine's "The Cut" alleging then Vice President Joe Biden "inappropriately kissed and touched her after he offered to help her with her 2014 campaign" while the two were at a Las Vegas campaign rally.[2][3]
