Mahamat ibn Idriss Déby Itno (Arabic: محمود بن إدريس ديبي إتنو Mahmūd ibn Idrīs Daybī Itnū; born 1 January 1984), also known as Mahamat Kaka,[2] is the Chairman of the Transitional Military Council of Chad acting as the de facto interim President of Chad.[3] He is the son of the late Chadian President Idriss Déby.
