Mark Phillips (Guyana)

Mark Phillips (born 1961[1]) is a Guyanese politician and retired military officer. In August 2020, he became the 9th Prime Minister of Guyana. He was the chief of staff of the Guyana Defence Force from 2013 to 2016.[2]
