Martin J. Schreiber

Martin James "Marty" Schreiber (born April 8, 1939) is an American politician, publisher, author, and lobbyist. He was the 38th Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin and the 39th Governor of Wisconsin from 1977 to 1979.[1][2][3]
