Miguel Herrero y Rodríguez de Miñón
Miguel Herrero y Rodríguez de Miñón (born 18 June 1940) is a Spanish jurist and politician. He is a member of the Union of the Democratic Centre until 1982, then of People's Alliance and the People's Party.[1]

He is one of the "Fathers of the Constitution", the seven politicians who were part of the draft of the Spanish constitution in 1978.
