Congress of Deputies
The Congress of Deputies (Spanish: Congreso de los Diputados; Basque: [Diputatuen Kongresua] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help); Catalan: [Congrés dels Diputats] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help); Galician: [Congreso dos Deputados] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help)) is the lower house of the Cortes Generales, Spain's legislative branch. The Congress meets in the Palace of the Parliament (Palacio de las Cortes) in Madrid.[1]
