Moscow theater hostage crisis
The Moscow theater hostage crisis (also known as the 2002 Nord-Ost siege) was a terrorist attack of the Dubrovka Theater by Chechen terrorists on 23 October 2002. According to the attackers, they belonged to Islamist separatist movement in Chechnya.[1]
