"Mr. Ratburn and the Special Someone" is the 1st episode of season 22 in Arthur. In this episode, Arthur and his friends try to find out who their teacher, Mr. Ratburn is marrying. The main characters in this episode are Arthur, Francine, Muffy, Buster, and Mr. Ratburn.

This episode was banned in Alabama because the episode contained a gay wedding.^[1]
