Nikšić
Nikšić (Serbian Cyrillic: Никшић) is a city in Montenegro. In 2011, 56,970 people lived there.
It is the second largest city in Montenegro, after the capital Podgorica.

Anagastum, Ostrogothic fortress (the plan). It was built after 459. AD in the Byzantine province Praevalis (Praevalitana) by winning Anderba, on the site of an earlier Roman fort (castrum Anderba). It was located in what is now the city of Nikšić, Montenegro.
