Nizhnye Solotvyno

Nizhnye Solotvyno (Ukrainian: Нижнє Солотвино, Hungarian: Alsószlatina[1] or Nagyszlatina) is a village in Zakarpattia Oblast, Ukraine.

History

It was settled in the second half of the 14th century. Its first written mention dates back to 1398 under the name Slatina. From the 17th century it was mentioned under the name Nagyszlatina.[2]
