Olli Rehn
Olli Ilmari Rehn (pronounced [ˈolːi ˈreːn] (
listen); born 31 March 1962) is a Finnish politician. He became Governor of the Bank of Finland in 2018. He is a member of the Centre Party.

Rehn was Minister of Economic Affairs in Juha Sipilä's cabinet from 2015 until 2016, the European Commissioner for Enlargement from 2004 to 2010 and European Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Affairs and the Euro from 2010 to 2014.[1]

Minister-president Rutte in gesprek met Eurocommissaris Rehn over actuele Europese onderwerpen zoals de financiële situatie in Griekenland en de aangescherpte begrotingsregels waartoe de Europese Raad in december heeft besloten. Nederland zet in Europa al geruime tijd in op meer begrotingsdiscipline, met een Europees Commissaris die toezicht houdt op de nationale begrotingen en maatregelen kan afdwingen.
